Hiring-demand MCP
A hiring-demand MCP server exposes req-level hiring signals as Model Context Protocol tools, so an AI agent can query the requisitions directly — asking who has posted for a role, in a region, and when — instead of being handed a static export a person had to fetch first.
The Model Context Protocol is the interface layer agents use to reach tools and data. Publishing hiring demand through it makes the corpus addressable by the buyer increasingly doing the asking: not a person filtering a spreadsheet, but an agent deciding mid-task which accounts are worth surfacing. The category exists because that buyer needs a tool call, not a download link.
It is the same corpus a hiring-demand API serves, in the shape an agent can discover and invoke without integration work: each tool declares its own input schema, so an agent reads what a query needs rather than being told. Where the API is the path into a warehouse, the MCP server is the path into a reasoning loop.
