Hiring-demand API
A hiring-demand API is a programmatic interface that returns requisitions and hiring-signal data as structured records — queryable by company, role, location and recency — so the data flows straight into a CRM, a data warehouse, or an agent, with no manual exports and no spreadsheet in between.
A hiring-intent dataset is only as useful as its shortest path into the system that acts on it. A hiring-demand API is that path: instead of downloading a CSV, deduplicating it by hand and re-uploading it every week, a team queries for the reqs that match its ICP and pipes the results wherever the play runs — enrichment, routing, alerting, or an autonomous agent that decides what to do with each signal.
Delivering req-level buying signals as an API rather than a report is also what keeps them current. A report is a snapshot that is stale the moment it is generated; an API is queried against the live corpus, so the signals reflect the reqs published since your last query, not the ones a file happened to capture when someone last exported it.
